- All bookings must be accompanied by a completed booking form and payments, and until payment is received the booking can not be confirmed.
- We request FULL and final payment no less than 8 weeks prior to the departure date.
- It is your responsibility to have adequate travel insurance in place and this should be organised as soon as the booking is made.
- A deposit is required when booking. If you change your mind and cancel the trip, your deposit will not be refunded. In these cases you should claim the cost on your private holiday insurance. Any refunds Awaydays receives due to a cancellation that is beyond our control, will automatically be passed on to you less a handling charge of 2.5%.
Once full payment has been made, we can not offer any refunds if you should cancel. - Should a trip be cancelled completely due to reasons beyond Awaydays control, i.e weather or strikes, you are requested to seek a refund from your own insurance.
- We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to lack of numbers and in this case, all monies paid by yourselves will be refunded in Full.
- We reserve the right to amend and change details or itineraries but will notify you as soon as possible.
- Please take note of departure/ pick up times and places. If you are late, we are not held responsible for any additional costs you might occur.
- In case of Industrial action or where airlines have cancelled your flights, We will acceptany alternative dates the airline offers. Any additional financial cost you may occur, example: additional hotel costs, will be your responsibility and this should be taken up with your individual holiday insurers.
